To cancel an appointment,

1. Open the appointment page (check the links shared in text-messages or Email notifications) and

2. Click on Cancel at the bottom of the appointment info.

3. Then confirm cancellation on the pop up confirmation screen.

Can’t see the cancel button?

This means that your service provider’s cancellation policy does not allow for late cancellations (24 hours after booking has been posted). In this instance, we advise that you contact your stylist to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

What about Refunds?

Your service provider have their own refund policy.
